A Night Night Prayer (2008)

This is a cute book to read to children at nighttime, as the title depicts, "a night night prayer." A little girl prays to God, and then says goodnight to the world, such as the sun, the birds in their nest, the trees, the puppy, the kittens, her mommy, daddy, and finally, God.

This is a book for younger children, I would read it to my children/early childhood education (preschool) students. It is religious, though, so as a teacher you would have to make sure the children believe in God. Cute, simple, beautifully illustrated book! The illustrations appear to be watercolor and are pastel colors.
